Welcome to Angayar Foods. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality food products. Since our products are food and consumable items, we follow a strict and fair policy regarding returns and refunds to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
1. Non-Returnable Items (No Return Policy)
Due to the perishable nature of food products, hygiene, and health safety standards, we do not accept returns on items once they have been delivered.
All sales are final once delivered in good condition.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We only offer a Replacement or Refund under the following exceptional conditions:
–Damaged Product: The item received is physically damaged or spilled during transit.
–Wrong Product Delivered: You received an item different from what you ordered.
Expired / Quality Issue: The product delivered is expired or compromised upon arrival.
3. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video
To prevent misuse and process your request quickly, an uninterrupted Unboxing Video is strictly mandatory for any damage or missing item claims.
The video must show the outer parcel packaging, the shipping label clearly visible, and the process of opening the box for the first time.
Claims raised without a clear unboxing video will not be entertained or eligible for a refund/replacement.
4. Claim Submission Timeline
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours of successful delivery will not be processed.
Please reach out to our Customer Support team via email at support@angayarfoods.com (or via WhatsApp) with your Order ID, Proof of Purchase, and Unboxing Video/Photos.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your claim is verified and approved:
Replacements will be dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, Credit/Debit card, UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
